Ingredients:

1 Fiber One™ 90 calorie lemon bar, cut in half

1 tablespoon low-fat ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon honey
2 fresh blackberries 

Directions:


1 In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese and honey until combined. Spread your mixture over the bottom half of your lemon bar and top with the remaining half and your fresh blackberries.
